Last Man On Earth features on Sydney artist MAY-A's debut album, Goodbye (If You Call That Gone), which ebbs and flows through a variety of styles and sounds that MAY-A likens to emotional processing. MAY-A says "I really didn't want this album to get tied down into any specific sound or genre. I think I've kind of avoided that for my whole musical career thus far, because I don't really know where I want to go."
